This 120-minute hybrid & in-person session, moderated by Ms. Angela Abur, brings together village youth leaders from Gboko to explore innovative approaches to inclusive democracy. The panel, featuring Ms. Betty Bem, a renowned young leader and advocate for women and child rights, will delve into the opportunities and challenges of empowering local leaders to shape democratic progress. 
Objectives:
- To provide a hybrid platform for village youth leaders to share their experiences, challenges, and successes in promoting inclusive democracy at the local level. 
- To explore innovative strategies for investing in local leaders, ensuring their voices are heard, and their contributions valued in shaping democratic governance. 
- To foster a sense of community and collaboration among youth leaders, encouraging them to work together to create a more inclusive and participatory democracy. Intended Outcomes: The session aims to achieve the following outcomes: 
- Empower village youth leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive democratic progress in their communities. 
- Foster a network of local leaders who can support and collaborate with each other to promote inclusive democracy.
